Tailored Experiences for You
Wedding Planning - Diamond
We are with you from the start. From the engagement till the last dance, we make sure the process is smooth and easy. From the initial vision to selecting vendors, venue, and details, we will assist you throughout the process to create the best event possible for your day. We will set you up with a variety of vendors for everything
you could need to make your day a success, work out contracts, finalize pricing, confirm dates/times, and make sure everything comes together for your special day.
Wedding Planning - Opal
For those that have a vision, and want to start it on their own, we will jump in for the last 3 months to assist on the finalization and follow-through. We will coordinate with your selected vendors to confirm scheduling, be there for any final adjustments that happen in the last months, and make sure your day goes off without a hitch.
Day-of Coordinating
For those who like the hands-on approach, we will work with you the week ahead of your event to confirm schedules, contact vendors for final details, and be their on your day to run everything from the background so that you can focus on enjoying the event you worked so hard to put together. This is also a great option for smaller parties, birthdays, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette trips, etc.
Event Design
When you love to organize and are more than capable of pulling off a great event, but you don't know where to start with a theme, color scheme, or style of event, we are here to help. We will come up with a unique and exciting design for your event by creating image boards, color schemes, creative themes, and more to make the vision come to life. While we will not be along for the ride, we will get you started in the right direction to take the reigns and create a successful event.
Vendor Management
You've selected your venue, your theme, your vendors, but if making sure they are all on the same page is not on the list of what you want to do, or maybe you are planning from out of town, this is the perfect option for you. We will work with the vendors the week before the event to make sure everything will be on time and as discussed/ordered. While we will not be there for the event, we will make sure final coordinations are complete to assure you that your vendors will be ready with your vision for your day.
Additional Services
Additional services we can add to your package or do as a separate agreement are items like floral arrangement, space layouts and/or setup, website design & management, and much more. Click below for a detailed list and associated pricing per additional service item.
While these are our standard packages, we are happy to discuss a personalized package for your event, depending on your needs and wants. All final costs will be outlined in final contracts, and will be agreed upon and signed by both The Day and the individual or team employing our services prior to start of work.
